You can send your declaration of revocation within 14 days without giving reasons in text format (f.e. letter, fax, e-mail) or - if it has been made clear before the deadline - by sending back all articles. The deadlines starts after receiving this instruction in text format, but not before the arrival of goods, also not before the completion of our informational duty in accordance with Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with §1, 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our duty according to §312, 1, 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. In Adherence to the deadline, the timely delivery of the withdrawal or articles is enough. The withdrawal is to be directed at:

Results of Withdrawal

In case of an effective withdrawal, all deliverables are to be returned to their rightful owner. If you can only return parts, or return it in a damaged state, you will have to compensate us. You only have to compensate, if the decline is caused my misusage and goes beyond the simple testing of the product. Parcel shipment capable products are to be send at our risk. The cost of periodic costs have to be paid by you, if the cost doesn't exceed 40 euros or, if at the moment of withdrawal you haven't carried our the service in return, or paid a contractually stipulated installment. Otherwise the return is free of charge for you. Parcel shipment non-capable products will be fetched. The deadline start with your sending of the declaration of revocation or for us, with the receiving of the product.

Exclution of Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for shipents of products: with by the customer provided specifics, or that are especially designed for your use, or that, because of their nature are not elligible for returns, or that spoil quickly, or whose expiration date would be passed; or audio- and video recordings; or software, if the seal of the provided data carrier has been broken; as well as papers or magazines (excemption for when your contract has been made over a phone call).

End of Cancellation Policy

Please consider: 
Please send, if at all possible, the products not as freight forward, but as post-paid parcel. Gladly we will pay for postage, as long as we have to carry the costs of the return. Avoid damages and dirtying of the products. Please send in the original packaging and with all provided equipment and all package components intact. If the original packaging is not available, please use appropriate packaging to avoid damages during transport.

These modalities are not a requirement for a succesful withdrawal.
